Delhi University: Old students (regular, NCWEB, and SOL) who could not complete their graduation, postgraduate, and professional courses in Delhi University are going to get another opportunity. DU has announced a special chance for students to complete their degree. Only those who got admission in graduation from the year 2012 to 2019 and postgraduate students from the year 2012 to 2020 will be eligible to apply.
Can apply till 15 September
Along with this, the application process has been started for the fourth time for the special chance received under the centenary year of DU (2022). Under this, students who could not complete their degree in Phase-1, Phase-2, and Phase-3 can apply for a maximum of four papers. The application process has started to take advantage of the special chance. Interested applicants can apply till 11:59 pm on September 15.
A notification has been issued in this regard by the DU examination branch. According to Dean of Examination Branch Dr. Gurpreet Singh Tuteja, alumni of regular colleges, NCWEB (Non Collegiate Women's Education Board, and School of Open Learning (SOL), at the graduate and post-graduate level can apply.
Students have to apply online for the centenary year through the student portal link http://durslt.du.ac.in/DuExamForm_CT100/Login.aspx, and old students have to apply through the link http://durslt.du.ac.in/DuExamForm_CT100/StudentPortal/IndexPage.aspx to complete the degree.
Under the application process, the faculty, department, college, and various centers have to complete the process of confirmation and verification of the form filled by the students by 11:59 pm on September 19.
After applying, the students have to take a printout of their copy. After the confirmation of the application form from the faculty, department, and college, provisional admit cards will be issued. For this special chance, students will have to pay an examination fee of Rs 3,000 per paper. Once the fee is paid, it will not be refunded under any circumstances. For this, the administration has issued strict instructions.
Can register for a maximum of four papers
At the same time, in DU's Shatabdi Avsar Special Chance-1, Chance-2, and Chance-3, regular, NCWEB, and SOL students of the final year of graduation courses who appeared in the examination but could not complete the degree can register with a limit of a maximum of four papers. For this also, registration can be done till September 15. At the time of application, the previous admit card for the Shatabdi Avsar Special Examination has to be uploaded.
Along with this, the previous result of the Shatabdi Avsar Special Examination also has to be uploaded. Students have to pay an examination fee of Rs 5,000 per paper. DU has clarified that once the registration fee is deposited, the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
