Rajinikanth fans were at it with Aamir Khan after his ‘fake’ statement went viral on social media regarding his part in Coolie.
A post has been going viral on social media which elaborately described how Aamir Khan regrets doing Coolie.
An unauthenticated report suggests that Aamir Khan allegedly called Coolie a “big mistake,” admitting he had no involvement in its creative process. He reportedly agreed to do the cameo only out of respect for Rajinikanth, thinking it would be a lighthearted appearance. However, he allegedly acknowledged later that the role did not resonate well with audiences.

Quashing the report, Aamir Khan’s spokesperson stated that the Lagaan actor has never said anything like this.
“Mr Aamir Khan has given no such interview and has made no negative comments about the film Coolie. Mr Khan has the highest regard for Mr Rajnikant, Mr Lokesh and in fact the entire team of Coolie. The film has done over 500 Cr at the box office which speaks for itself” said the source.
Aamir Khan’s cameo in CoolieIn Coolie, Aamir Khan appears in a cameo as Daha, a gangster who briefly crosses paths with Rajinikanth’s protagonist. His character adds humour and a lighter touch to the otherwise intense narrative. Though Daha’s role doesn’t impact the central storyline much, it was meant as a fun surprise for audiences, showcasing Aamir in an unusual avatar and serving as a respectful nod to Rajinikanth while providing a nostalgic, playful break in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s high-voltage action drama.
