Now, veteran ad filmmaker Prahlad Kakkar, who has known Aishwarya for years and shares a close connection with her family, has broken his silence and called these reports "rubbish" and "garbage."

Prahlad Kakkar, who lives in the same building as Aishwarya’s mother, dismissed the ongoing chatter about her moving out of the Bachchan household, in a conversation with journalist Vickey Lalwani. He revealed that the actress has not shifted to her mother’s home permanently but visits regularly due to personal and family reasons.
According to him, Aishwarya is often spotted at her mother’s house simply because she follows a daily routine. She drops her daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, at school and then spends time with her mother during the day before picking up her daughter and returning to her marital home. Her visits, he said, are rooted in love and care, not marital conflict.
One major reason behind Aishwarya’s frequent visits, Kakkar explained, is her mother’s health. Vrinda Rai, the actress’s mother, was diagnosed with cancer in early 2023. Aishwarya had publicly mentioned this during a cancer awareness event on her 50th birthday in November 2023. Since then, she has reportedly become even more involved in her mother’s care.
"She comes to her mother's house because her mother is not keeping well," Kakkar shared, adding that in between her school drop-offs and pick-ups, Aishwarya sometimes has spare time and chooses to spend it with her mom. He clarified that this has been misinterpreted by onlookers and media as her moving out of her home with Abhishek. He also mentioned that Abhishek Bachchan has often accompanied Aishwarya on visits to her mother’s house.
"Why would he come if there was any problem?" Kakkar asked, making it clear that their family bond appears intact.
