Famous Bollywood actress Kajol is in the news these days for the second season of her web series 'The Trial: Pyaar, Kanoon, Dhokha'. Recently, Kajol spoke to the media during the trailer launch held in Mumbai.

Kajol reacted to Akshay's film.
While talking to the media, the actress was asked if both her series and Akshay Kumar's film Jolly LLB 3 are based on courtroom drama and both are going to be released on the same day, i.e., 19 September. In such a situation, will there be a clash between the two projects? To this, Kajol replied with a smile - 'This is not any kind of clash. I am confident that Akshay's film will also work, and people will also like my series. Both have their own audience, and there is also a place for both.'
Kajol spoke on digital vs theater.
Kajol's 'The Trial 2' will stream on Disney+Hotstar, while Akshay Kumar's Jolly LLB 3 will be released in theaters. Kajol believes that the audience of theater and OTT is different and releasing on both platforms on the same day is not a loss in any way, but brings more options for the audience.
Kajol's relationship with Nayanika
In this series, Kajol is playing the role of lawyer Nayanika Sengupta. Nayanika is a woman who tries to balance both family and career. Regarding this character, Kajol said that she feels a deep connection with Nayanika. According to her, every woman makes such decisions at some point in her life, where she has to choose between family and professional responsibilities. Kajol said, 'I have taken a lot of inspiration from the women around me and have tried to bring Nayanika on screen with truth.'
