Exam patterns and language options
The tentative schedule specifies the nature of examination papers across different programmes. Several courses, including BDP, BCA, BSW, CLIS, CBS, and CBCS-based degrees, will follow an objective-type pattern using OMR sheets. By contrast, courses such as BNS041 and BNS042 will continue with descriptive papers. Additionally, learners from CRD, PGDRD, and MARD programmes will be permitted to write their examinations in Bengali.
Grouping of courses
The notification also provides a detailed grouping of courses under ODL, CBCS, and FYUP schemes. Under this system, all subjects within a group will be scheduled for the same date and time. Students may select courses from multiple groups, but only one subject can be taken from each group.
