Opposition hits out at govt over Wangchuk's arrest

Congress called the arrest Modi govt 's action to "divert attention and responsibility" from BJP 's "abysmal failure" to maintain law and order in Ladakh . AAP accused the govt of "persecuting" Wangchuk through the state machinery, while CPI (ML) Liberation described the arrest as an "outrageous move".
